Hi, My name is Sydney and I am a New York City-based Graphic Designer with a Bachelor's Degree from The New School in Journalism and Design. I grew up in Berkeley, CA loving all things creative. I am interested in architecture, interior design, fashion, beauty, and new restaurants.

my expertise

Video Editing

I have 4 years of experience working with Adobe's Premiere Pro. I have made 4 documentaries, numerous short form videos, and edited videos over an hour long. I also have extensive experience working on Social Media videos for Instagram,Tiktok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and more. I can also use Adobe After Effects to make animation including GIFs.

Layout Design

Making magazine layouts, covers, flyers, zines, etc in Adobe Indesign and Adobe Illustrator is my bread and butter. I have made multiple zines about a variety of topics including Asian American food and cover up tattoo significance.

Front End Design

I am proficient in Figma, Canva, and all the Adobe Suites. As well as freelancing and creating web design on SquareSpace, Wix, etc.

Social Media

I grew up using Instagram and Snapchat which slowly translated to a Social Media Literacy that can rarely be taught. TikTok and video format has since become a huge part of marketing and brand identity. Last Year, I had a TikTok go viral receiving over 10 million views and over 1 million likes.
